Nominee Shareholder

Antelope Trustees acts as nominee shareholder for a number of clients.  This service we undertake with an acute awareness of the responsibility that the Trusts and Trustees Act and other relative Maltese legislation throws upon us.  Thus, in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the relative regulations we structure our Know-Your-Client procedures in such a way that reflects a high level of due diligence practices.  In so doing, Antelope Trustees also applies any good practice guidelines issued by local professional bodies or regulatory authority on the matter.

Client instructions will be accepted on the premise that they are lawful and not until all relevant documentation requested is in place.  The review of client files will be regularly undertaken so as to ensure that any change in circumstances is discussed and evaluated internally.  A procedural system is in place whereby the data held on our clients whether corporate or individual, are updated on an annual basis.
