We feel that there is an affinity between the provision of services rendered as bare trustees, fiduciaries, and trustees in that it is primarily, the underlying interests of the beneficiaries that are at stake.

As Trustee, however, a new dimension is introduced in that there is the legal title of ownership over the trust property administered.    Guidance on how to administer the trust property, will be forthcoming from the carefully drafted trust instrument itself and attention to detail and long-term planning in accordance with a series of discussions with the settlor prior to the setting up of the trust.
