Diane Vella Bianco Diane Vella Bianco, an advocate by profession, is corporate clients service partner responsible for the overall quality of service, acting as primary point of contact. She brings with her 15 years experience in this specialised service sector and is directly responsible for ensuring that all statutory obligations under Maltese legislation are duly followed. Diane oversees that Antelope Trustees carries out its duties and responsibilities towards its clients in an appropriate and judicious manner to the highest degree. Between 1999 and 2002 Diane was involved on the Examination board marking one of the law examination papers set by The Malta Institute of Accountants and so served until the Institute became the local representatives of the Educational Branch of ACCA in 2002. At this point Diane became an assessor on the Maltese law variant for the ACCA Corporate and Business Law examination paper and continues to serve in this capacity on a regular basis. Diane is a Council member of the local Institute for Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and currently serves as Chairman of the IFSP Education sub-committee, having served on the IFSP’s council for a number of years. She is a member of various international organisations including the local Chamber of Advocates and the Malta Institute of Taxation. Diane is one of the founding members of the Maltese STEP (Society of Trustees and Estate Practitioners) branch and of the Maltese IFA (International Fiscal Association) branch. |
