David J. Vella David J. Vella, a certified public accountant (and auditor) by profession, is responsible for the co-ordination of clients’ tax and accounting compliance. He undertakes that proper trust accounts be drawn up on a regular basis in accordance with all local regulatory requirements and ensures that fiscal obligations are met in a correct and timely manner. Other duties include overseeing the clients’ annual secretarial and legal responsibilities towards the Registry of Companies, Inland Revenue Department amongst others. David takes a proactive role in the administration, control, preservation and enhancement (where applicable) of trust assets and is certain instances acts in a supervisory capacity overseeing the correct management of financial dealings.
